OSHA TRAIN-THE-TRAINER COURSES FOR VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL EDUCATORS Pre-Registration
Conducted by OSHA’s Andover, Braintree, and Springfield Area Offices
Please Note: This class is for those teachers who will be called upon to have responsibility for planning, be responsible for each training segment subject and sign the OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour cards for their students. Teachers who will only participate as assistants and guest subject trainers should be planning to attend an OSHA 30-hour class or OSHA #510 or #511 standards courses. .
General Industry Prerequisites for Course 501:
Trainer Course in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.-501
Prerequisites: Resume documenting at least five years of broad construction safety experience/responsibility.
OSHA Course #511 Certificate
Completed prerequisite form-email dewar@tricounty.tc for a copy to complete
This system will not let you register without putting in a cost so use $625. INDICATE REGISTER OFF LINE. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED TO TAKE THE COURSE.

Note:
1.) You must submit all requested information including registration by May 1, 2013.
2) You must be present at all training sessions in order to qualify to take the outreach trainer test.
3) Participants will be issued a certificate documenting completion of the appropriate hours of professional development upon successful course completion.
